Welcome to Wonderix. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Wonderix Co., Ltd. ("Wonderix", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Wonderix website (wonderix.com), our early-access waitlist, and the Wonderix app and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Wonderix is a game-based-learning service in which children learn alongside AI "Wonder Friend" tutors. The Service is in active development and is being rolled out gradually: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or join the waitlist. Wonderix is designed for children roughly ages 5–8, who may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, through access the parent sets up. The parent or guardian is responsible for their child's use of the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account, including your child's use. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
Wonderix, including the Wonder Friends characters, games, software, and content we provide, is owned by Wonderix or its licensors. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial learning use; for any other use, please contact us. We may remove content that violates these Terms and may suspend or terminate accounts responsible for it.
The Wonder Friends are AI tutors, not people. Each one tells your child clearly that it is an AI. AI-generated responses may sometimes be inaccurate; the Service is meant to be used with a parent or guardian in the loop.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. As the Service is in active development, you may encounter defects or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonderix and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
